 Dear HealthCare Clinical Laboratories Client,

As you may already know, HealthCare Clinical Laboratories (HCCL) which is owned and operated by Dignity Health has recently entered into a definitive purchase agreement with Quest Diagnostics.  The services in this sale involve Laboratory outreach.

HCCL continues to operate business as usual until such time the transition is complete. Your patients can be referred to the HCCL Patient Service Centers for your clinical laboratory needs so as not to disrupt care.  Exclusive laboratory contracts through Hill Physicians Medical Group, Omni IPA/Medcore Medical Group and Health Plan of San Joaquin currently remain in place with HCCL.

 We will be assisting to make this transition as smooth as possible.  A majority of HCCL patient service centers will be assumed by Quest Diagnostics on or about June 21, 2013 at the completion of the sale.
